convenient transport coffee facilities
The location is superb. I found access to theaters and museums quite easy. Walking and public transport links are convenient. There are numerous food options nearby. I valued the tea and coffee facilities in the reception areas.
The room lacked a table for eating, and the promised second chair was never delivered.

Inconsistent Service. Minor Disappointments

closed gym unhelpful staff
I was not informed about these beforehand. The gym was closed during the day, a key reason I chose this location. I found that very frustrating. Reception staff did not seem helpful, especially when I tried to complain. Their attitude was not cute. Overall. The experience felt a bit disorganized and inconvenient.

great location needed studio central control single elevator
The location was fantastic. the holborn underground station was super close, so getting around was easy. the studio had everything i needed. It even had a hob, fridge, and microwave!
The central air conditioning unit wasn't working very well. the hotel centrally controls it to save energy and it was uncomfortably cold. only one elevator was working, i had to make two trips with my bags. This was a pain.

fabulous stay!

excellent location friendly staff equipped kitchen
I appreciated the excellent location near the tube station. i also found the friendly and cute reception staff very helpful. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, separate lounge, and bedroom. It had everything i needed!
the central air conditioning unit did not work properly. the hotel centrally controls the system to save energy, so the room was uncomfortably cold. i had no way to adjust it, disappointing.

The hotel offers a free coffee machine available 24/7. It's a very convenient perk. several supermarkets are situated nearby, so i could easily purchase groceries. the coffee was AMAZING!!!
